Community Standards and Expectations
Â鶹¹û¶³â€™s success partly depends on a shared responsibility to our mission and standards of conduct, which all members of the Moravian community1 have a duty to uphold. Each person is an integral part of this effort and is obligated to maintain the highest ethical standards in all associations and activities on behalf of the university. Our Community Standards and Expectations govern and guide the everyday actions of Moravian community members. These are further reflected and refined in many of the university’s policies and procedures and in many of the laws, regulations, and other agreements applicable to Moravian.

1 The Moravian community includes the trustees, officers, employees, student workers, and volunteers of Â鶹¹û¶³, Moravian Theological Seminary, and Lancaster Theological Seminary.
2 A conflict of commitment may arise when an employee’s activities outside of work (for example, consulting, personal business, etc.) interfere with their commitment and responsibilities to Moravian.
