General Institutional Information

Privacy of Student Records	This page explains your rights under the federal Family �鶹��al Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) law.
	This federal Department of �鶹�� web site allows students to view information that colleges are required to report, and allows you to compare colleges on factors such as size, student body characteristics, academic programs, tuition and other costs, athletics, and other factors.

Institutional and Program Accreditation, Approval, or Licensure	�鶹�� is accredited by the Middle States Commission on High �鶹�� and approved for professional preparation by the American Chemical Society, the Committee on Allied Health �鶹�� and Accreditation of the American Medical Association through the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences, the Department of �鶹�� of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the National Association of Schools of Music.
Printed Materials Copyright Policy	The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. Under certain conditions specified by the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for other than private study, scholarship, or research." If the user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "Fair Use", that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of the copyright law.

Health and Safety

Drug and Alcohol Policies	Information on �鶹��'s alcohol use and drug-free campus policies, as well as information on legal sanction for illegal drug use, health risks, and treatment services in the community.
Vaccination Policy	An immunization record is required of all students. It must be completed and signed by the health care provider. We also require a tuberculosis screening questionnaire. All students are required to answer a few simple questions regarding their risk for tuberculosis. The questionnaire must be reviewed and signed by the student’s health care provider. If needed, a TB screen must be done. We highly recommend vaccination against meningococcal disease; a student who refuses must sign a declination statement and return the form to the Health Center. We recommend Gardasil, hepatitis A, and flu vaccines.
Campus Police	This page includes information on timely warnings, the crime log, the annual security and fire report, missing student notification, and emergency procedures.
