Presentations

Posters should be no larger than 4ft x 3ft. All presentation rooms will be equipped with appropriate audio/visual equipment. Oral presentations should be no more than 12 minutes in length with 3 minutes allowed for questions. All remote presentations will be formatted as oral presentations. Oral presenters who are giving their talk in-person should bring a laptop or tablet that can connect via AirPlay, an HDMI cable, or a USB-C cable, if possible. If you cannot bring a device with you, make your presentation accessible via email (e.g., a link to a Google Slides presentation or an attached PowerPoint file sent to yourself, which you can then access via your email on a loaner computer). USB drives (aka flash drives or thumb drives) may be difficult to accommodate, so use those only as a last resort.
